Put An End

The Declutter Therapist
I hold a safe space for clients to explore their relationship to the “stuff” of their lives. I am empathic by nature and can help people identify issues that may be submerged beneath their clutter. Decluttering together will develop a sense of accomplishment and self-acceptance. Negative self talk and shame can be addressed, which is often at the core of physical chaos and stagnation. Confidence, knowledge and functional organizing systems allow for a new start in life, no matter the age. I love making a difference in my client’s lives!
Since 1999, I have built a successful career in organizing by being compassionate, efficient, articulate and trustworthy. I am a combination of an educator, a coach, a cheerleader and a therapist. Confidentiality and healthy boundaries are essential in this work, to create a safe container. I am a Certified Professional Organizer (CPO), having passed comprehensive exams given by the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO).
Attention Deficit Disorder is a challenging combination of distractibility, hyperactivity and impulsivity. In addition to being an organizer, I'm also an artist. I have an intimate understanding of the alternative pathways that right-brained, creative people often need to be able to get organized. It is also important to counteract the shame of being "different" in a left-brain world. Patience, compassion and creativity help me find fun, colorful, yet efficient answers to living successfully with ADD.
